Forgive me if I explain this wrong. I've only dealt w/ T1 connections my whole life. My company is moving and our provider is setting us up with a fiber optic connection but running a Cat6 cable from the Demarc. My currently router has a T1 port. Can I plug my Cat6 in to my routers T1 port?

I don't believe so.

It's been ages since I dealt with a T1 but I'm pretty sure they're either a different form factor or they're a different pinout if they use an RJ-45 connector. You can confirm the pinouts of both with a couple quick searches online.

Does your router have any RJ-45 interfaces? If so, you can use one of them.
