hi all! i'm having some troubles with my internet connection. it is incredibly slow. it's bell sympatico extreme. i think my dad pays over $60 a month for it, and it should be fast. it used to be fast.

right now, i gotta pause and wait like 15 or 20 minutes for a 8 minute video on youtube to load, and it took like 20 seconds just to load up computing.net.

i've reset the modem and router, reset the computer, disk clean, etc. it's not the computer. every computer is doing this. i ipconfig in the command prompt, and release and renew. i pinged google and i'm losing a packet each time, and average response is 25ms.

what do i do?

I would start by contacting my provider's support and have them look into it.

well, i talked to the guy on the phone. we did some trouble shooting, and we concluded it is the router. without it, the internet is fast again!
