extremely low network utilization

Hi guys,

I've been having a really bad problem of very very very low network utilization.

0.03%

It sucks. I have 256mbps connection and the highest dl rate I get is about 25kbps and thats rare. Someone please help

BTW I have a 'SiS 900-Based PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter'

Verify your nic card is set as auto for speed and duplex , this is all inexpensive home routers understand , if your nic is hardcoded to a speed this causes a speed/duplex mismatch and errors and very slow response , auto only !!.

256kbps, in fact, sry about that

vipergg, I've tried auto, 100BaseTX Full_Duplex and all the rest but its still the same amounts of network utilization.
