excluding wireless networks windows 7

Specs: Windows 7
How can I exclude specific wireless networks in Win 7. It was easy to do in XP, but in 7 the neighbors networks keep popping up and my computer attempts to connect to one of them. I would like to exclude, delete, block or something to keep my computer from connecting to the wrong network.

I have told it to use the good connection, and tried uncheck the connectng the connect automatically button, but it keeps trying.
