Hey,
We are trying to reduce massive amounts of email from an exchange 5.5 server. After deleting most of some users emails, the mailbox size does not appear to be reduced.
Does the server flush all the deleted emails after a certain period or do we need to use a "Compress" feture like a Personal Folder (.pst).
PS- The items have been removed from the deleted items.
