Recently upgraded to a fiber optic internet system with 10/10 capability. When I first start my PC I get 10+ both ways but after being on a while, it drastically drops. My SP has checked my connection and found nothing wrong. I have deleted all of cookies, temp files and run virus, malware and adware scans and found nothing. If I restart my PC, the speed will again be 10+ and then start dropping. Any suggestion would be appreciated and try to keep it simple. I'm not very computer savy. Thanks, Chuck
