Hello, is the computer able to be seen on the network?
If so Follow these steps:

From another computer connected to the same network
Start -> Run -> regedit -> Ok

When Registry Editor Appears
File -> Click Connect Network Registry
Opens up Select Computer, Enter the Server's Name, Click OK

It should connect to the servers registry editor
Now Browse to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server

Don't Click the + Just on Click Terminal Server
Look for fDenyTSConnection, Double-click on that value to open the Edit DWORD Value box and change the value data from 1 to 0

You will then need to restart the server for the change to take effect, so open a command prompt and type

shutdown -m \\server name -r

After the server restarts try remoting into it using the administrator account and password, that should allow you access to get you in.

Post back and let me know if you got in, if you got any questions e-mail
