Hi,
I have a 2k server as a domain controller and two clients - xp and 2k prof(sp2). Initially I added the names of the clients in the AD computer list and was able to join the domain using my xp client. When I tried to do the same with 2kprof, I get the following error: The following error occured attempting to join the domain, The network path was not found'. I verified the domain controller administrative username/pwd, deleted and again added the computer name to the domain controller(DC) and nothing works. I can ping the DC, infact, I can see domain in my n/w neighbourhood props, see my own xp prof and open up the shared documents.
