Yes, you merely have to set some conditions. They're at the global config level. Hit the ? and look for the exact command form. It's been a while, but:

Read Only:
snmp-server community ro

Read/Write:
snmp-server community rw

Person reflected as system manager:
snmp-server contact

To enable snmp traps to be sent:
snmp-server enable traps

To specify which host to go to:
snmp-server host

To permit the SNMP server to reload the router:
snmp-server system-shutdown

As with all Cisco commands, use the NO form of the command to negate any of these.

Anything else?

Cheers!
Chase
