I have had a 7 hour go at trying to get a single email address working in exchange.

Basically, added new user, etc that works ok. But, they can send internal emails and external to the outside world, but can not receive external emails.

Any help would be appreciated

Hi Steve

Just wondering -

Do you make use of any POP3 email accounts?

If so, you can receive emails via the POP3 Connector...

Also, make sure that the Connectors in Exchange is configured right. See if they show as being 'Available' under Exchange System > Tools > Monitoring and Status > Status.

Also, check under Exchange System Manager > SERVERS > your server name > Queues. See if everything in there has got 'green ticks'.
