Help me out on this. How do I hook up two computers using one dialup account? Kind of new at this sorry.

Well, if you have a dial up account, then you have to dial up to use the account, right? You don't have an always-on account.

You'll have to log off one computer, then log onto the other computer. Then, you can log on with your second computer.

You could, though, hook your two computers up into a network, thus allowing both computers to access the network. But, you'll have to buy network cards for both of your machines, and hook some other stuff up.

What are your two machines (type, OS, etc.)? How much are you willing to spend on this?

If you have windows XP on one computer, you can get a crossover cable for about $10 and use the Windows XP Internet Connection Sharing tool that is built in to it.

I'm not sure how good it will be with dial up access though.
