I there, I was wondering if there's a convenient way to implement dual LAN settings on my notebbok, which I use both on the home and work networks, that have different configurations (IP, DNS, etc...) that I can't change. Thanks

Talk to your network administrator at work about setting you up with a second hardware profile. You could create another for home and leave the one for work as is. Then upon bootup you choose your profile according to where you are.
