Don't get confused on boot loaders, boot managers and MBR's.
They really have nothing to do with file systems as such.
"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, antivirus, anti-spyware, Live CD's, backups, are in my top 10

I haven't used dual boot in a long time but if I remember correctly, Windows always wanted/had to be installed first.

i found it! for dual boot with bsd and 2003server first you must make 3 partition .one for win and otherone for bsd at least one for bsd boot manager .partition for boot manager must be in fat 32/16 mode with 100mb or more.first you install win server in NTFS format.next you can install bsd . now boot manager auto install in FAT partition.now restart you'r system boot manager show you 2 os..!!
