DSL or LEASE LINE MODEM

We have got 4 pair lease line of 1 Km distance, and i need to tranfer 6 mbps of data. What you can suggest and how u will suggest , are there any dsl or lease line modems are there to support 6 mbps..

I think you must use wireless.Because it can support up to 11 Mbps.

you need to transfer data at 6mbps, then i recommend somehow setting up a direct network, speeds from 10mbps to 1000mbps. I believe there are wireless solutions that would work.
If you meant 6MB of data, completely different, even a 14.4 connection would work, take a few hours, but it would work. But a cable or DSL internet connection would work great - transfer 6Mb of data in about 30s.
Summary: I will contact the providered again. they do not provide the modems (this is africa). its mostly banks that use these lines here and i think most use Nokia modems that are very expensive and transfer...
