howdy,

anyone out there with experince connecting a Zyxel 645M DSL Modem Bridge to a Linksys Ethernet WAP router with earthlink/sprint as the DSL provider? i'm having trouble connecting the two (so i can connect the rest of my home network to the net). Both are working fine individually and I'm having no problems connecting to sprint with one machine and the DSL modem. I'm just having trouble figuring out what sprint and the DSL modem want to be seeing from the router.

thanx.

I just left Sprint DSL but had a similar setup like yours. I used a switch instead. All I did was had the computers connected to the switch in ports 2 through 8. I had the modem connected to the uplink port on the switch. Your's may be a WAN port. Not sure. Each computer had the logon software. Are they still using WinPoet? I then could log on each computer as if it had it own modem. Not sure if this is right but it worked for me. Hope it helps. By the way, if you do it this way get yourself a good firewall.
