I have a DSL modem Lucent 20A cell pipe connection and I would like to use this interenet connection for 4 more PCs. Please advice the best and cheap method without sacrificing the speed (384K). Modems specs are given below :

You have a USB interface therefore the only choice you have is ICS, if you had RJ45 you could of used a switch or router!

If 4 PCs are connected via ICS then the speed to the ICS machine will degrade as it is sharing out bandwidth. With a switch or router it will balance out bandwidth depending on how much each PC is asking for!
