Use Firefox browser (http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/) and install the add-on (Downloadhelper)https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3006 . Restart firefox after installing the addon. Note that there are several other addons that can do this. Next step is to download an flv player. Just google flv player and download and install the free flv player. Voila! you can now visit the site where you want to download the vid.
