guys What are the pros and cons of having a domain network instead of a p2p network? what exactly does a domain network allow you to do? do i need any specialist hardware or software to do it apart from my nics and hub and cables?

Domain = Centralized admin. P2P works fine for a few PC's but it gets ugly as the number of PC's grow. No special hardware but you do need a server OS such as W2K Server.
