CPU/Ram: celeron / 256MB

Hi all,
I need to transfer a win2000 os from one domain (server1) to another domain (server2)and maintain internet access and outlook settings.
anyone got any hints?

norton ghost the current os and then sun servers side by side, re-image changing the dns and server name as appropriate
