Comment:

When installing Win 2003 Server our administrator declared the expression grupocenca.com as the domain name. Our website has the same domain name. Now when any of our workstations tries to get the site www.grupocenca.com using any browser it won't reach no page, just a blank one and the word "Terminated" on the status bar. Our administrator quitted one week ago and moved abroad. How can we fix this, please?

Sounds like you need to hire someone.

To access a web page you need to translate the name grupocenca.com to an IP address. There are few ways to do that. Hopefully that name is what is called a registered or FQDN. If it is registered then the who registered you ought to have a way to point that name to your external IP address. To access it locally might be different. The process is called DNS. To check it you use the command line nslookup www.grupocenca.com and see what happens.
