Domain is not Accessible

Specs: Windows XP

Dear All
i will give a brief info about my issue ...we did implement winser2008 then we shift our DNS to new machine we are using DHCP in the same server ..
when user try to access windows network "domain is not access..." ...we tried the nslookup and everything is fine i get the New DNS name & IP i Can ping and get replay all around the domain ..i can access all Servers & Stations through Run \\DNS\ to share resources ...
now am sure it needs Expert solution after i try most of the troubleshooting that's why i post it here...

Did you flush DNS on the client? Have you added the client/computer account to the Domain?

yah all users are getting their account from da the new active-directory...

i did not flush DNS in client side ....how can i do this please ?
