Please provide more details.
What's your IP configuration?

Have you tried pinging to a any website, like Google, for example?
If so, what is the result?

You have to have a driver installed so Windows could register your device as a modem.
After proper installation of drivers, you need to set up a dialer.
Here's an example.

Ok, you've made some progress.
From what you've posted, I can see that the IP address is valid.
The subnet mask, however, is a bit iffy.
Your DNS servers are those of an open DNS.
Tests indicate that there's no resolve.
Try changing your DNS servers to those of your ISP.
You might also try changing to Google's (8.8.8.8).

Thanks for reply. I will try changing to google DNS in evening.

PPP adapter Nokia E5-00 USB Modem (NPCIA):
Connection-specific DNS Suffix . :
Description . . . . . . . . . . . : Nokia E5-00 USB Modem (NPCIA)
Physical Address. . . . . . . . . :
DHCP Enabled. . . . . . . . . . . : No
Autoconfiguration Enabled . . . . : Yes
IPv4 Address. . . . . . . . . . . : 117.224.74.209(Preferred)
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.255
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 0.0.0.0
DNS Servers . . . . . . . . . . . : 208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220
NetBIOS over Tcpip. . . . . . . . : Disabled

DHCP is not enebles and NetBIOS over Tcpip is disabled in report. I don't know much about this but my ISP doesn't provide static IP. this is coming even after i have configured Nokia dial up connection to auto detect ip and DNS settings. In Ubuntu, where i can browse normally with same modem, also show different IP address and same DNS (open DNS) address each time i connect.
Dear, Is that related to problem?

Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 0.0.0.0

You didn't put in the gateway entry. No gateway = no internet

DHCP Enabled. . . . . . . . . . . : No

Set to no means NO autodetect of ip address settings.
You also can't use 255.255.255.255 for subnet. That means one host with no gateway.

What happens when you set this to yes?

The hosts file you post in #11 has an invalid entry of
69.64.71.218 handybackup.com www.handybackup.com etc. This is not proper format for this file.
