Explain him that you are facing this probelm since last 7 days and I didnt get a proper response from their side yet. Tell him that either fix the problem or come and take back their set right now. From then on you will get better support and problems will get fixed easily.|
Thats mine experince with Tikona. I used their 4 MBPS line for some time :(.
Still, if you wanna fix the probelm yourself, then see if you network adapter Got the IP from DHCP. If yes then ping 126.96.36.199 and their Gatway. Post the outcome
