Does it work when you don't run VMware?

1. is the Cisco 1100 the router, that connects you to the internet?
2. are the DNS servers in the Cisco Router configured manually?

The ip address 166.108.203.86 is a public ip address and I wonder, why your client gets a public ip address.
The Cisco should have 2 IP addresses,
one public assigned by the ISP
and one private, mostly 192.168.x.x

Your pc should get an ip address out of the range 192.168.x.x from the Cisco router.
