I setup my PPPOE internet service on my VOIP D-Link router and connected my InexQ wireless router VIA ethernet and my PC to wireless router. My phone and internet both works fine. I can't see my FTP server and can't longin Remotely on my machine.
I did set my port forwarding on my wireless router ports 21 and 3389 and set my PC TCP/IP seeting to have fixed IP address.
It seems like my VOIP is blocking somehow the request or not sure if I have connected both routers correctly. Anyhelp appreciated.

You have to configure your FTP server to virtual server in the D-Link router or else outside (remote) services won't have a means to connect to your internal ports.
