ok heres my problem. I have a D-Link router(DI-604 series) and i run dsl i want to route the internet to another computer. I went in the firmware and set it to PPPoE and set my username and password any everything and it connects fine. But then when I try to access some web pages it tells me my network connection has been unplugged. then eventually after a while i can sign back on. Any ideas whats happening?

DSL Sometimes will sign you off after an extended period of time. You can keep it so that it will autoresign you on if you get off, otherwise, it just connects you again when you request a page, which is probably why after it doesnt work for a second it will since it tries to connect you work the second time. I dont know if that is an option for your router, this might be the problem though-
