hi all..
ok i bought the dir636 it has shareport..i have a 1tb ext drive hooked to it.Ok so i can see the drive in the router browser settings..i can access it from the web...i can not access it locally..i have shareport utility installed..its ver 4.1.1 it says no devices were found.i am not sure if its a windows 8 problems or not...dlink forums and their own site are no help.any suggestions would help.thanks alot guys!
From what I can see it doesn't have full Win8 support yet.
Thanks for the reply...thats what i kind of thought...the dlink website has so little about this router on there...i can wait a few months for support..i needed a new router anyways...old 1 only gave me 65% strength.
