I have a router is D-Link DSL-2540T My ADSL LED keep blink and cannot connect stable. It stop blink for few second and that time can connect to internet Then around 30 second, it blink again. I think the router spoiled already. Beacause i use a normal modem (1 Port) the connecting stable.

First thing I would do is get onto your telephone company and have them test the line for you.
When an ADSL modem is first connected it has to synchronise with the telephone companies equipment. Thats what the blinking is as it goes through the synchronisation process.
As you keep losing synchronisation is could be your modem or it could be a problem with the line or telephone companies equipment. Best eliminate that first.
