I am trying to asign disk quota in my organisation as per te different units in my company. I want to know how can I set up a limit on the size by groups instead of users. foreg. I want to assign a limit of 30 gb to my accounting unit out of a 250 gb. I need to know if it is possible to do so by Group Policy. Thanks and Regards.

I hope you understand disk quotas are PER VOLUME (or partition), not per directory or folder. To this end, the following article should guide you on what you want to do.

In addition the article below illustrate how disk quotas work as if you were running Windows Vista.
