Driving me crazy.

I want/need to Disable my nvidia Ethernet adapter at shutdown/loggoff.

I've tried Devcon and netsh commands but nothing seems to work.

It all works for my Marvell connection but NOT my nvidia.

I'm starting to think it's just NOT possible to do on the nvidia?

Is this your post as well? http://forums.nvidia.com/index.php?...

Why do you want to disable the card?

Or, are you looking to prevent the ethernet card from waking the computer up?

Yep,that's my post and It's sorted now.

"Bingo,got it working.

Here is how I did it.

Copied the 'contents' of the togglenic folder into the Windows folder.
Made a .bat file---TOGGLENIC nvidia disable and placed it in---C:\WINDOWS\system32\GroupPolicy\Machine\Scripts\Shutdown
Ran gpedit.msc and went to...Group Policy,windows settings,scripts,shutdown
Added my .bat file
et voila

My nvidia adapter now disables on shutdown.

I've placed a Network Connections shortcut into the startup folder so I'm always reminded to 'Enable' once I'm booted up."
