Which I have seen in between windows 7 and vista there are not much more differences.What about in your opinion.

In any event, THIS article has reported Steve Ballmer (Microsoft Chief Executive Officer) as telling Gartner analysts during a September 2008 conference that Windows 7 is Vista but Better. In other words, Windows 7 is not a wholly new operating system.
