Dialup folder sharing Win98-Win ME

I have 2 PCs connected via ISDN modems. When I connect each other, from the Win 98 box I can see a shared folder on the ME machine, but from the ME box I cannot explore the network and see any shared folder on 98. Any Idea? Thanks in advance Antonio
