Dialin to a remote network

Is there any option that a client can dial in through telephone to a router/switch with builtin modem and be connected to the remote network.

If yes, what are the make and model? Any web site available.

I believe your looking for a router that can terminate 56k modem connections. You can take a look at Cisco Access Servers at:

http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/44/jump/access_servers.shtml

They're expensive. But it's an option.

Another option is rocket port.

You place a server inside the network to which people connect by modem. They must authenticate.

Why are you trying to dial into a router anyway? Much cheaper and effective to dial into a "box" that is on the network. Usually safer to.
