Dial up won't connect

Specs: Windows XP
Ok so I set up Dial-up for a user at my site because she wants to be able to work from home and in the country they only have Dial-up available.

So I set it up at work and she was able to dial in no problem.

When she takes it home and tries to dial in it will dial the number but immediately after it goes right back to dial tone.

I had her test the number with her phone and it attempted to connect her (she heard all the Dings and Clings) but once again her computer would just Dial and then go right back to Dial tone. Anything in the configuration i can check to make sure its setup correctly? Does it matter if her phones use Pulse instead of Tone?

she dialing like with area code/long distance and the number?

does she have a analog phone line at home?

Pulse dialing was for rotary phones which you most likely have never seen. Tone is standard for phones now.
