Diablo 2 lan problem w/2 nics

I am trying to play Diablo 2 over my home network but one of the computers is an ICS server. The game uses the internet LAN for the ip address instead of the home network. any ideas on how to fix this?

Whoever you're playing with should be able to connect to your LAN address regardless of what the game shows. If you're not sure what that address is, open a command prompt window and type ipconfig. Then tell your friend to use that IP.
Try it anyway, it should work. If it doesn't, for the duration of the game you could simply disable the WAN NIC and then re-enable it when you're done.
