Right now, I cannot connect to any internet game servers (Tribes, Counter-Strike). I have already tried to do the Release/Renew thing. And DMZ Zone. I have no idea what to do next.

Dunno about Tribes, but make sure you have steam for CS...

Probably more helpful: can you access the internet? If you can, try finding the IPs of various servers, and pinging them.
Since you're talking about DMZ, I assume you have a router: have you forwarded the ports game ports? (although you shouldn't have to, as it's outgoing...
I believe the client port for CS is 27005; again, I don't know about tribes)

Well I'm not sure how to forward the Ports, but i'll try to find out how. How do you find the client port for CS? Maybe it may be the same way to find the Port for Tribes

I have found the ports to open for tribes on the Sierra website. But now, my ping for both games are in the high 600s. Before, when connecting the WAN directly to my computer, it was 50-150. Is there any way to speed this up?
