DHCP Server for two-NIC machine

I have a computer with two network cards in, attached to two different networks.
I need a DHCP server for Windows 2k/XP which will only allocate IP addresses to the computers on one of the networks.
There is already a DHCP server on the main network, but I need one on the smaller network, without affecting the main network. The two networks cannot be joined.
Any ideas for DHCP server software which will allow me to do this?

I'm not on a 2000 server at the moment so I can't double check for you but it seems to me there are settings within the DHCP server for what addresses to give out and to which network. I suggest you do some reading in the help files and possibly on microsoft's web site as well as taking a look through the DHCP server settings.
