Is there a way to remotely find out if a pc has DHCP enabled?

We have several branches within our network/company and some use DHCP IP addresses while others are statically generated. Sometimes it is good to know whether the site is using DHCP or not and it is not always possible to get a hold of somebody at the branch to ask or get onto a computer with Netmeeting to find out. I was just wondering if there might be a command line function that i could use to find out.

If that isn't very clear and you need more info, let me know. Thanks in advance

if you have admin access to the dhcp server i'm sure u can look it up. if not, u can always do a ip scan and maybe look up the dns names of the computers? usually these names have sequential numbered type anmes.. like 125-123-dhcp.domain.com?
