Hi, on my main domain control server (windows 2000 advanced server) the DHCP is giving an error I cannot find out much about.

It reads;
The JET Database call returned the following error : -510. Additional Debug Information: DeleteCurrentRecord:Delete.

bytes;
0000: 02 fe ff ff .þÿÿ

words;
0000: fffffe02

Any clues please? Im stumped!

Many thanks in advance.

here's a trick.

Put "The JET Database call returned the following error : -510." without the quotes and see what pops up.

If you see a technet article you are on the right track.

Are you ready for where Microsoft wants you to go today?

Humm..This is odd. I have recovered the database, But it gets corrupt and then after a while fixes itself at aproximatly 00:06 everynight.

I don't understand whats up.
Any clues please!?

Do you think reinstalling the DHCP module may resolve the issue?
