I have a Linksys BEFW11S4 W/AP Router (I know now this was a mistake thank you ) , I need to forward several ports to two different machines on the Lan so following the instructions I disabled DHCP and created Static IP's , then set the port forwarding and everything worked great , no problems .....until I added a Cisco ATA Phone Adapter which requires a DHCP server (you cannot set the IP to a static IP ) , according to Linksys I cannot use port forwarding to a few static addresses with DHCP enabled so now I need to figure out a work around . Could I make one of the static IP Lan boxes a DHCP server for the Cisco ATA and leave the linksys DHCP disabled ? Would this work ? Or Could I put another router downstream from the Linksys and run the DHCP for the Cisco ATA from the secondary Router ? Please somebody give me some help on this , its driving me crazy

If you read the manual carefully, you'll see that when they say to disable DHCP, they are refering to the computer NOT the DHCP server.
So, enable the DHCP server in the router and, with the exception of the computers that you’re port forwarding to, set them to receive their IP info from DHCP.
