I recently reformatted my computer and after loading everything back on I am experiencing slower internet speeds then I had before. Before I reformatted I had atleast 50 kb/s during downloads but now its barely even 30 kb/s. I might have changed something before reformating my computer but nothing to special that I can recall. It might not make a difference but I reformated because of a virus that I just couldn't get rid of. I would also like to know if it could be hiding on my other harddrive as I have a C and a D drive...and just reformated the D of course. Any help would be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance.
