i need to get a copy of a folder to all the computers in my network. I can
a. go around to each computer and copy this file from the server to their desktops

b.?*? I don't know maybe have a bat file go out and find all existing computers and copy it to them.

c. create a bat file on the server with a copy command ,then send a link of the bat file via email for users to click on.

The problem is i don't know how to do B. or C. Can you help me?

Kind of hard to say.

Is this a workgroup or domain?

"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, antivirus, anti-spyware, Live CD's, backups, are in my top 10
