How do i access and contorl my home pc from my office pc?Anyone has any idea,what should i do?what kind of method can i use in order to do this?

use remote desktop, google a tutorial if you dont know how to use it

Of course you the home PC will need to be running WinXP Pro in order to use Remote Desktop.

An alternative would be TightVNC. It's free and fairly easy to use.
It will need to be installed on both machines (host and client) and you will need the Admin at work to allow the connection.

depends on the OS of both machines, how each connects to the internet, whether or not you use a router, a firewall, etc... As you can see, more detials are needed before it can be correclty answered.

I use a free Internet-based program called LogMeIn. Go to their website where you can get information and download the program:
