Specs: Windows 7
My new Samsung Laptop connects wirelessly to the internet but it constantly sees I have no internet access and then it goes offline and sees trouble shoot and all it tells me to do is turn or the router i have done that it doesn't work. I also have another Laptop and my Mum has one and both of them work so it's not the internet its the Laptop i have McAfee installed on it, i dis-enabled the firewall on it just encase that was corrupting it but that didn't work either.

What if any security encryption protocol does your wireless network use?
I have had trouble configuring Windows7 machines to use WEP enabled connections.

If that is your problem you need to manually establish a new connection and go into the advanced settings to make sure you have the correct key sequence number ( 1 to 4) and key type ( open/shared )
