Connection interruption while gaming

Specs: Windows Vista
While playing Call of Duty 4 on Xbox 360 I continue to get connection interruptions intermittenly while playing multiplayer games. It either last for a few seconds or boots me from the game. When it does this I do not lose connectivty with xbox live or the internet. The modem does not turn off or none of the lights go off. I have connected directly to the modem and the problem still persist. I have open all relevant ports on the router. I have had my ISP send a tech and he was no help. I believe i am having lag spikes at the modem for some reason. however, this is just a guess. here are some line qaulity test from a site (dont want to spam)

test 1:
test 2
test 3
test four
test five
test six

Any ideas on how to fix this or suggeestion i can give the tech when he comes back today

Im losing packets it appears, all these test are ran directly to the modem.

Well, first off, describe the problem you're having to the tech, just like you did to us. Also, make sure he sees your ping tests.

Other than that, there's nothing we can do. Your LAN (local area network) seems to be working fine and so does your internet other than in-game.

If you're connecting your xbox via a wireless adapter, humor me and try connecting it via a network cable and then test and see if it still happens. Wireless is not very good for gaming.

Then it seems likely to be either a provider issue or just a general internet issue.

With luck, it's your provider's issue and they can fix it.
