Connecting Xp Pc With Vista Laptop

Specs: Windows XP, 675

Can any one help connecting my laptop having vista home with My Pc having Xp

One Pc having zone alarm firewall and laptop having norton 360 i disable both while connecting

I have tried one or two tutorial both didn't work

Can any one tell me any software or tutorial through which i can connect then through lan wire

Can I connect both by Usb Cable is that Possible ??

Not an ordinary USB cable, but you can use a network usb cable. Usually you use a cross over ethernet cable, CAT5.

I don't have network usb cable

Can i use the Lan Cable which come with my Broadband Modem ???

Probably not, it will be a "straight through" ethernet cat 5 cable, although with some Network cards you can use both straight through and cross over.

Try it and see if it works.
