connecting Win98 and Win2000

CPU/Ram: Pentium, 512 MB

I am trying to connect a win98 machine and Win2000 machine. both have 10/100 Ethernet cards. I also have a cat5 cable to connect the two machines. What do I need to share files between them. I do not have access to a router.

You'll need a CAT5 "crossover" cable
