if you are downloading file via FTP -->

open up internet explorer

type in ftp://(then the address you have)

go to the file menu of IE5 +

select Login as

Type in your username and password. You will then be presented with a graphical interface to copy the file

If you are just downloading straight off webserver.

type into IE5 http://server address/file.name
eg http://westyschool.com/file.zip
