Hi I've had a cayman router model 3220-H for many years and have always been able to connect macs & pc thru the internet with it -no problem. Just got a Dell Latitude D830 with XP Pro and can't seem to get on...any suggestions?

Run ipconfig /all to see if it's getting an IP address. Disable the firewall in case something is blocking it.
