hi,
please i need your help!
I have an vga cable and i'm trying to connect the pc to the lcd tv, i connected the cable both sides and all it shows in the tv is my pc backround. I cant see the icons and the mouse, all it shows is the backround.

Try using a backgound picture and check, whether this picture or part of this picture is shown on tv.
If it is, I guess, you're using a virtual screen.
In that case, move the mouse cursor up and up again or down and down again to see, whether the taskbar will be shown.

Try this:

Right Click on Desktop,
with your cursor select "Arrange Icons By"
then put a tick on "Show Desktop Icons"
